Shipping

Free domestic shipping for orders over $150. $15 delivery fee on all other orders. We do NOT ship internationally and cannot ship to PO boxes.

Orders may take up to 5 business days to process and ship, although we typically dispatch within 2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your order.

Returns

We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for your convenience.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at info@slou.co, and we will provide a return shipping label.

Exchanges are free and available only for the same style in a different size or color. For returns, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your refund.

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you if your return has been approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed following the approval of your return.
